SCRIPTS GONE WILD is a monthly script reading series where we take a group of suspecting celebs, filmmakers, and influencers - put a movie script and alcohol in their hands - and see what happens! It's a drinking game - any time a reader flubs a line, misses their cue - THEY DRINK! It's a riotous good time that benefits a righteous good cause.
SCRIPTS GONE WILD was founded in 2017 at the Chattanooga Film Festival and now operates at Los Globos on Sunset. Previous readings include Carl Reiner's comedy SUMMER SCHOOL, the sci-fi classic FLASH GORDON, a 25th anniversary reading of JURASSIC PARK, Wes Craven's horror masterpiece A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, and ROAD HOUSE.
Anyone we think is awesome. Previous readers include: Joel McHale (actor, COMMUNITY), Jackie Tohn (actress, GLOW), C. Robert Cargill (screenwriter, DR. STRANGE), Emily Carmichael (screenwriter, JURASSIC WORLD 3), Jim O'Heir (actor, PARKS & RECREATION), Tracie Thoms (actress, RENT), and Sam J. Jones (FLASH GORDON).
Our charity of choice for February is the THE LEWY BODY DEMENTIA ASSOCIATION. Through outreach, education and research, we support those affected by Lewy body dementias, their families and caregivers. We are dedicated to raising awareness and promoting scientific advances.
